We appreciate that not everyone can get a month off work to go on a big Morocco adventure tour but that doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze a lot of action into a little time. We’ve worked out a couple of 4 and 5 day North African experiences in Morocco to get your heart racing!
Known as an exotic gateway to Africa, a Morocco adventure tour will be full of rich historical and cultural offerings that will stun and amaze you. One of only three countries to have an Atlantic and a Mediterranean coastline, Morocco is also an adventure lovers paradise. Whether you come for the biodiversity and rare animal life, the ancient and deeply moving history, or the cultural highlights of painting, sculpture, music, and theatre – you will will have plenty to do while having the time of your life.
These four and five day trips through North Africa’s Morocco are designed to get your heart racing. Don’t let the short duration of these adventures fool you, they pack in a ton of action sure to satisfy all intrepid travellers. You’ll experience mountains, desert, and gorgeous coastline.
These adventures are designed with taking in as much of the country as possible. You can camp in the wild desert or challenge yourself by climbing to the summit of the second highest mountain in Africa (North Africa’s highest).
How about a few days where you …
- Travel the coast and explore the mountains
- Summit Jbel Toubkal, North Africa’s highest peak
- Stay in a luxury desert camp in the medieval city of Fez
- Take horseback ride along the beach
- Enjoy picnic lunch high in the Atlas Mountain range
- Camel trek through the sand dunes of Merzouga
- View ancient rock carvings and some of the country’s greatest museums
Some say that Morocco was designed with travelers in mind and these trips give you the best of what the country has to offer.
You’ll find yourself off the beaten track and there are no tour buses or flag bearing tour guides in sight. The tour operator designed these classic trips for the “adventure rich and time poor.” And the best part is that if you have a little more time, these adventures can be easily extended.
If you’re coming from the U.K., then in as little as four hours you can find yourself in a completely different world. And if you have a bit more time, traveling by train is the perfect way to begin and end this adventure. You’ll have a private guide and the trips are great for those who would otherwise be traveling solo – though couples or groups of friends will bring down the per person cost and we recommend a minimum of two people in your group.
Packed with the most amazing activities, you’ll have a tough time narrowing down your Moroccan adventure. With your guide, you’ll break away from the crowds and discover a different Morocco.
Enjoy this fully tailored and authentic trip in one of Africa’s most exotic countries.
