3 June 2020. We started Another World Adventures with a vision: to enrich people and planet through adventure. It’s a mission we’ve been on ever since.

We live in troubling times but feeling small to make a difference is no reason not to take a stand. In the fight against systemic racism and oppression it’s exactly the reason to do it. Solidarity and unity for the things that are right is our only hope for change.

And things need to change. Black Lives Matter.

There’s a proverb I’ve long held dear that I hope will resonate with our adventure family – “if you think you’re too small to make a difference you haven’t spent a night with a mosquito“.

Whether it’s by donating money, attending protests, educating yourself or amplifying the voices of Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) people, there are many ways to support the global struggle against racism.

Our thoughts are with the family of George Floyd and all those marching for justice.

We are committed to supporting greater diversity and inclusion as a core part of rebuilding the travel industry more responsibly.

It’s a journey I hope you’ll join us on. I value all your thoughts, ideas and comments as we use this time to read, listen and reflect.
