Safe Travel & Coronavirus
Original post: Another World Adventures
If you have upcoming travel plans, or are planning to travel in the coming weeks, you’ll likely have some questions about the impact coronavirus (officially named COVID-19) may have.
To help you understand more about how it may, or may not, affect your travels, we have compiled a useful list of resources for you below.
We strongly urge our community to take necessary precautions to protect yourself when travelling and to contact your tour operator and travel insurer should you feel your travel plans will be affected.
Staying safe and healthy abroad
As a British company we follow the advice of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the NHS has up-to-date advice on staying safe and healthy abroad. For more on security, local laws, plus passport and visa information, see https://travelaware.campaign.gov.uk

World Health Organization (WHO) Coronavirus information
Most countries’ governments provide their own travel advice. We recommend travellers consult their local advisory for advice. See below for links to some of the larger ones:
- Canada: Travel Advice and Advisories
- New Zealand: SafeTravel
- United Kingdom: Foreign Travel Advice
- United States: US Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs
- World Health Organization (WHO)
