Tori and I decided that we’d start something called Adventure Friday – it’s meant to be weekly and we ask our friends, family and clients to send us pics of the fun things they’ve been up to.

One Friday a little while ago, Tori challenged me up the infamous Grouse Grind in Vancouver. It’s a classic bucket-list activity if you’re looking for adventure in British Columbia, Canada.

The route is a 2.9-kilometre trail up the face of Canada’s Grouse Mountain – it’s loving known to those that climb it as “Mother Nature’s Stairmaster.”

In short it is: 2.9km gaining over 2,800 and summiting at 3,700 ft … how many stairs are there… oh, only 2,830! Thanks Tori.
How did I get on? Watch the video to find out.
