Galapagos, Rapa Nui, Pacific Islands, NZ, Cape Horn, Antarctica, Africa and Europe: A Square-Rigged Sailing Adventure Across the World’s Wildest Oceans
Original post: Another World Adventures
Some adventures stay with you long after you step ashore.
Back in 2011, a transatlantic crossing aboard a traditional tall ship sparked an idea that would eventually become Another World Adventures. Weeks at sea, watch systems, star-filled night skies, and a temporary community united by wind and horizon created the kind of experience that changes how you see travel.
That’s one reason we’re especially excited about this vessel’s 2026-27 voyage schedule.
Over the next two years, adventurous travellers will have the opportunity to sail some of the world’s most remarkable ocean routes. From the Galápagos to Rapa Nui, French Polynesia, the Cook Islands, New Zealand, Cape Horn, and Antarctica, before a homecoming voyage from Namibia to the Azores, France and back to the Netherlands. The schedule links together remote islands, legendary ocean crossings, and some of the most extraordinary destinations on the planet.
These incredible hands-on sailing voyages where guest crew become part of life on board, standing watch, helping sail the ship, and experiencing the rhythm of ocean travel in a way few modern journeys allow.
Whether you’re dreaming of a Pacific crossing, a Cape Horn adventure, an Atlantic Crossing, an Antarctic expedition or coastal European sailings, the upcoming programme offers a rare chance to experience the world under sail.
After all, you never know which voyage might change the course of your life.
